Are you comfortable with digging postholes and pouring concrete, stabilizing posts perfectly vertical while they dry, and all that jazz? that's prob. the hardest part of putting up a fence. then the horizontal beams attach to the posts and finally the boards. You might want to contact your neighbor as to which side of the fence will face which way, or if they're interested in splitting the cost or labor. It's a very hard job for one person, even with all of the right tools and supplies.
