How do I apply cement to stack 3 high cinder blocks?

I have 10 vintage windows and want to put them on top of (three high) cinder blocks, I want to put wooden beams into the open square of the cinder block and fill it with cement? How do I put cement on each layer (3) to hold them together? Like frosting a cake?🤔

Hi there, you can mix your mortar (or by it premixed) so its really thick, just put it on there and then put the block on top of it.

to prevent the concrete from falling through, you might put a strip of metal mesh in the voids.
