Have to dig holes for the posts (at least 1 1/2 -2 feet. Put the post in and fill with concrete....make sure post is level and square.....keep doing that til you have all your posts in....they need a couple days to cure...then you can put in the rest of the fence...
What type of fence do you want to build and how high? You don't need concrete. A couple of inches of small rocks (bigger than gravel) at the bottom of the hole for drainage and backfill with the soil you removed from the hole. Tamp it every few inches using the end of a 2x4, or buy a post hole digging tool with a tamper end. Also buy a post level. They're cheap and very helpful. The buried part of the post should be about 1/4 to 1/3 of the above ground height.
