How do I design a deck siding enclosure for privacy?

My deck is unfinished, needs side rails. The southeast corner lacks privacy from nosey neighbors and a road. How do I maintain privacy there without obstructing the surrounding view of my yard in front of the deck and around it while maintaining an open feel to the deck?
Only a small portion of southeast corner of deck (by sheppard's hook) needs 90 degree angled privacy enclosure adjacent to the existing stair railing. Need to incorporate this taller 90 degree privacy structure into the rest of the deck that will have shorter railings along the sides. Small yard is in the foreground next to the car and around the rest of the deck.
Hi Susan, you can do lattice (pvc is low maintenance) on the corner, it will give you some privacy as well!

After installing your deck railing, think about adding uprights from which you could hang roller blinds, potted plants, or more opaque curtains, for privacy.
A pergola styled roof would afford more privacy or a place from which to hand potted plants.

Wow! Mogie.... Thank you for those links! Asian corner panels are awesome so as to let light come thru and block other unwanted views! Photos can be so helpful also! Really great ideas!
