How do I plan/ build a retaining ?
I have a raised garage that needs a retaining wall built around two sides .... not sure how to start the project and do you need to use a masonry glue to secure the bricks ?

If it's 4' or taller, you'll require a permit, in most areas. Interlocking pavers weigh about 85 # each. They require gravel, landscape fabric behind, then are locked together, and slightly staggered, backward. If you've never done this before, call a qualified professional.
