How do I build a simple planter box?
How can I build a simple planter box that will allow for proper drainage, and will not damage the wood decking under it? I have NO tools, so I was imagining cinder block?

I have been collecting plastic containers for drainage - Costco croissant containers are great for collecting drips. I try to hide it beneath any container. Or it can be painted to match.
