They sell triangle shaped sunshades and you can tie the 3 corners to trees, the house, deck, etc. Other simple ideas are if you have a clothes line drape sheets across it. Cardboard boxes are great playhouses as well. Or if really adventurous build a small playhouse out of wood.

Make or buy a teepee. Using a flat sheet, garden bamboo poles and rope. She can help paint it with designs or tie die it.
My husband made a teepee with 3 pieces of wood strips, some leather straps and scrap fabric. There are loads of tutorials online to make an easy teepee!
