I have a pop-up camper and the back fold down braces scrap drive way ramp if trying to back in. Need a way to pull it in. It is not too heavy and can be pushed with 2 or 3 people. Problem is I am alone and cannot do it alone. Need some type of wench system. HELP!

Are there any neighbors or relatives who could help you?

You can buy ramps , the kind guys use to put ATV'S in the back of their trucks at the auto parts store or even Walmart . This should fix your problem .

Do you have any young men at church who could help? Or at a store you go to? Or have you noticed guys come to your neighbirs. L?

  • Just buy or make a ramp, that's what I did. Then I just backed it in. Problem solved.

A ramp is a good idea - but I agree - ask for help!!

You can use a "come-along' you can get at farm/fence stores. But if this is a one time deal, put an add out or call a volunteer group or the local high school as to graduate most schools require so many hours of community service. You can also put out a "Free Lemonade" sign and ask for help.

Sorry I am a widow and do not have neighbors young enough to ask for help.

I want to do it myself.

Ramps do not work as the drive is not steep it just that the legs on the back stick out and scrape.

No the problem is every time I want to use the camper all summer long.

I was hoping to design an electric wench but do not know what to attach it to in the driveway.
