How to make a filter for my small deck pond?

I have a small deck pond about 20 gallon with a pump in it but I need a small filter. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to save space? Thanks

Please fence that in. Your baby is beautiful and of course finding that water very enticing.

You might be able to use a small piece of pantyhose. Held in place with a rubber band.

For something that small, just adding a filter sponge to the intake of the pump should be enough. Like Zard said, hold it on with a rubber band so you can take it off and clean it.
