Love it! Higher upfront costs, but little maintenance other than power washing. No worries about splinters! I had a Trex deck built on my last house and would never go other than composite again. Loved the feel of it underfoot!
I can tell you that I LOVE ours. I am so so so glad we went with composite over regular wood. We used the brand Home Depot carries and chose a gray color. We have it on our balcony upstairs which you can see bits of here. We loved it so much that we decided to put it on a matching platform deck below. Here is a post showing some of the installation (we had a licensed contractor do it.) Our neighbor has a traditional deck with pressure-treated lumber, and it's already buckling and splintering.
