Hi Robert, what a cool and unique product! I had never heard of it until this moment. Looking into it (as far as I can tell) it is fine wood slivers soaked in very watered down cement, packed into a mold until it dries and then used in various applications. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wood_wool

Interesting concept. Basically making your own particle board. Without the high pressure and resins
