After cleaning them wipe down with mineral oil on a clean cloth. The pros use that for stainless steel in commercial restaurants. Don't use any kind of vegetable oil because it can get rancid and sticky over time.
I clean mine with a microfiber cloth & water which cleans & leaves a streak free finish. The brand I purchased is SuperCloth which I also use for all mirrors, screens, & windows.
I also use microfiber cloths. For dirty marks I use a soapy cloth and wipe it dry with another.
If you need help, Bar Keepers Friend on a microfibre cloth is my final go to, if the cloth alone can't clean it. It comes in powder or soft scrub liquid form.
