How do I get alumium foil off my built in oven. I was told to put foil in the bottom of the oven to keep it clean; now it is baked on the oven. It is a relatively new oven 1 year old. It looks a mess and is a mess. HELP

I seriously doubt your oven got hot enough to melt aluminum foil. Some foodstuff has probably just stuck it to the bottom. Leave the oven off and pour a little hot water with Dawn in it on the area...repeat a few times. This might loosen it up!

I have the same issue, cant scrub it off, soak it off, or scrape it off, above link page missing.

Although the instruction booklet did say NOT to use foil in the oven, oops.

It's probably stuck on with spilled food. Try putting a very wet towel on it so that it can loose. Let the towel sit and every few hours check and see what parts comes up.

Try putting a bowl of water in the oven, and let it boil. or use water and dawn with papertowels. Let it sit and scrape off with a PLASTIC knife so not to damage the bottom of the oven.
