Hi Bonnie,
Do you mean the water dispenser tray?
Here is a general way to do that:

You might also look at your booklet you received ( if you still have it) on how to do this for your make and model. Also there is customer support-chat line- to help you:

Cleaning your refrigerator water dispenser tray.
First check your owner's manual for their recommendation. Hot soapy water should clean it, but if you have hard water stains, vinegar will cut through them.
White vinegar is a great cleaning tool. Use a lot of it on a soft cloth to clean the area. The odor will dissapate right away and the vnegar will help with any minral staining.
go online to the mfg website and see what they recommend it may come out for easy cleaning - I use a spray bottle with white vinegar to clean the inside of my fridge and trays and it does great

My trays have always come out so I can wash them in the sink in warm soapy water.
Here's a post I wrote on how I clean my fridge https://chascrazycreations.com/spring-cleaning-your-kitchen/
Hi Bonnie. I pull my trays up and out of the fridge. Then I scrub them in the sink. All my glass shelves lift out too. If yours don't come out, you could try using a spritz bottle with equal parts of water and vinegar. Just spritz and wipe with a clean damp cloth. Good luck Bonnie.
I clean my refrigerator surfaces with a Lysol solution. If the tray or a shelf or bin cannot be removed I spray the empty surface area and wipe it out with a towel.
Hi! I found out how to remove mine after looking it up in the owner's manual. Then I hand wash them in hot, soapy water. In between, I clean any spills with a damp microfiber cloth. Stay safe!
White cleaning vinegar soaked rag set in the tray should do the trick.
Hello,
Use a Wet Wipe to do that job!
I take mine out, empty them of everything then wash with soapy water.
They should all pop out if you push the one side in gently with a knife or scraper.
You should be able to remove it and clean with a good safe cleaner.
All of the trays come out. Even the ones on the door. Look up your model number on the internet and get the instruction manual, it will tell you where the clips are and how to take them off as well as how to rearrange all the shelves and containers.
Warm soapy water works for me. Perhaps post a pic of the type of tray you are having trouble with....
