How do I get rid of starch (noodle overflow) off of gas stove top?

  • I actually use CLR (calcium line rust) for Kitchens. It seems to work well. I have even used Mr. Clean Magic eraser. Good luck.

    I agree with you Janet...baking soda and white vinegar paste. I used to use it all the time on my old stove.

    The baking soda and vinegar works well. Sock the rag , wing it out and let it sit .

    Hi Tammy: Try using Bar Keepers Friend and a Magic Eraser (I get mine at the Dollar Tree) with a bit of soap and water. Both are non-abrasive, which is what you want.

    Hi Tammy, hope this helps. Barkeepers Friend works great for this type of cleaning! You can also make your own, Mix half water and half vinegar in a spray bottle. Spray it on the stain, sprinkle baking soda on, spray again and use a microfiber cloth tom scour it clean.
