I soak rags in hot soapy water, and lay them over the mess, and repeat as needed scrubbing between applications.
baking soda and water in to a paste...leave on long enough to break down the food, then try white vinegar and water with a micro-fiber cloth
Baking soda and water paste. Put on, let sit for a while, scrape off the excess and then use a plastic scrubbie to remove the remainder.
