Hello. A thorough cleaning might be accomplished using an accessory tool.
Here’s a link for your consideration and perhaps a Q&A and reviews will offer you some further information.

not sure why you need to do that- the drum is what turns the dryer inside- you need to keep your lint filter cleaned after every load and also you can clean the vent on the back that goes into the wall that vents outside

Not sure what you are looking to do but I purchased a long brush that I can snake down inside my dryer. I remove the lint trap and then run it down inside and around the drum.

Don't you have a lint filter?
While the lint screen gathers a majority of lint from your dryer, sometimes the lint compartment collects small bunches of lint, especially if the screen isn’t cleaned regularly. Peer inside the slot periodically to check for lint and clean it as needed.
I use the long brush too. It does a great job.

I did all that, I clean the lint screen after ever load, but ae how inside the drum, I get black streaks on my whites, but not my colors, I dry a lot of blankets with fabric softer sheets, it dont leave a lot of streaks, but maybe a couple here and there, it only seems to do it on my whites, so now I hang dry my whites and then put them in the dryer to get the wrinkles out, just a few minutes, I have tryed cleaning everything that I could think of, there is some lint build up on the back wall around the edges, I keep trying to clean it but I can't seem to get it all out
You need a long handled brush to reach it try home depot
Are you referring to cleaning out where the hose connects to the wall? If so, there should be a ring around it that you pinch to squeeze open. Remove the hose and clean it out then reattach.
Ok if there is lint around the drum you do need to clean it. I had a lint fire in my house a long time ago. If you can open up the dryer that would be the correct way to get it all with a vacuum cleaner. If not clean our as much as you can or get an appliance person to do it for you.
Use a vac to suck it out!
