Take a photo to the paint pros at your home improvement store...they'll know what to do and what to buy.
You can always paint them. I am considering doing this since the left side of my fridge has some holes that have eaten thru the paint. Lucky for me it doesn't appear to be rocket science. Here is a site that peaked my interest.

Hi, Jennnifer,
Were the appliances cleaned with a degreasing detergent, then rinsed?
If your appliances are "textured", you can use the lightest kitchen Magic Eraser and wipe lightly. It really removes a great deal of dirt that may otherwise not be well cleaned with cleansers or sprays.
Before resorting to repainting them, I'd try scrubbing with a mixture of blue Dawn, baking soda and vinegar with a course brush. It's possible that years of dust, kitchen grease, etc. has adhered to the surfaces and once cleaned, they may turn white again.
