You can try soaking them in vinegar and adding baking soda. I have heard that this works. I have used brillo pads on mine and that works well, also.
I soak my in hot water and dish detergent in bath tub,then scrub with brillo pad.Works for me,it's work
I use stainless steel cleaner on mine. It works like a charm.
