You can try making a paste with baking soda and lemon juice.Rub onto the spots with a soft cloth until you see the stains dissolving.

2 parts Borax to 1 part lemon juice works as well!
Same thing happened to me...it's a sign that your gasket is not sealing and you are loosing air. I had to replace my refrig!
