Never heard of such a product. Anything you spray on to protect will probably burn on and create a worsen problem for you. If you use Easy Off cold oven spray and do the job outside you will be able to keep them clean.
You could spray them with Pam, but the lecithin will turn brown pretty quickly. Spray Teflon sounds good, but will it withstand oven temps? It lasts on steam irons, but how could you get it to bond? I think I like the Teflon idea. Best wishes ☺️
When you find out please let the rest of us know :).
I don't think there is anything out there that YOU could spray on the racks to keep them clean... Pam will just burn on... and I have found that it is harder to remove from pans than regular "grease". Any non-stick coating (like on cake or cookie pans would have to be applied professionally and I am not sure it would stay on long enough to make the cost worth while.
There is no solution for that other then regular cleaning them.Applying pam will attract more grease
For standard cleaning, use a soapy sponge and hot water to wipe the racks. For stubborn messes, soak oven racks in hot water, dish soap, and a couple scoops of baking soda. Let the racks soak in this mixture for 15 to 30 minutes before scrubbing clean with a soft sponge.
