How do I get rid of hard water white scale on a tempered glass shower?
We renovated the master bath several years ago. The tempered glass shower enclosure is the bane of my existence. Dosen't seem to matter what I use or how hard I scrub the glass is never clean. I'd prefer to stay away from harsh chemicals but I'm open to any help.

I use a dilute vinegar solution for any scale build up. Anywhere from a 10:1 to 4:1 water to vinegar solution should help get it clean. Just spray really well and come back later to wipe down. Also, squeeggee the shower when you get out. That will keep the water from evaporating and leaving the scale marks behind. As a bonus, use a cup of vinegar on an empty dishwasher cycle to help keep the jets nice and clear. Hope this helps!
Soft Scrub with a scrubby usually works.
Sorry it didn't.
Vinager9 straight apply while hot
This is a great recipe and one I've used. I don't know why, but it helps to warm up the vinegar http://soapdelinews.com/2012/06/diy-homemade-shower-cleaner-recipe.html
I use vinegar routinely for the coffee maker, dish washer, and washing machine. I'm going to give this a try.
