White vinegar. Soread on leave for 10 min. Rinse. May take several applications.
Well water probably contains minerals, especially calcium. You can use vinegar (straight or diluted) or for stronger stuff, try CLR that you can get at a place like Lowe's or Home Depot. The minerals need an acid to dissolve them, so you also need gloves. Even with vinegar, open the windows or turn on a fan.
