Good luck!
Soak in a plastic container with 30-70 bleach and water, covering the bristles, for about 2 -3 minutes, then rinse.
Soak it in water with muriatic acid. CAREFULLY pour 1/2 cup into a bucket of water (never water into acid). Soak overnight. If that doesn't get it, well, time for a new brush. (The cleaning mixture CAN go down the drain, CAREFULLY, with a flush of cold water for about 5 minutes.
I pour bleach on mine in the tub and let it sit.
Hydrogen Peroxide? Then soak in bleach
Throw it out. They are cheap cheap cheap. Try Dollar Tree
