Feel your tiles , do they feel smooth.? If they do then you have done your job. You will ruin them if you over scrub them. When cleaning the tiles use a soft cloth and a no abrasive cleaner at least once a week. Always rinse the shower after every use.
If you haven't used anything abrasive, the tiles are probably fine. If there are scratches, sometimes floor wax will help. You can also try brass cleaner/polish. Rub gently in a circle.
Tile over them!
After cleaning really well, you can also purchase Mapei Grout Refresh in color of your choice to change the grout color.
