Try CLR, calcium, lime, rust. You can get this at DIY stores and places like Walmart.

You can use a scouring stick pumice stone if you need to go deeper than the above suggestions.

White vinegar is all I ever use to remove lime deposits. Let it set for a bit. I like cleaning vinegar, which I get at Walmart. It is a stronger vinegar and works very well. Cleaning vinegar can NOT be used for human consumption!! Please remember that!
