Bar Keeper's Friend. Available at your grocery store with the cleansers. Make a paste, let sit, scrub. Or... Pour vinegar into the bowl, let sit, scrub with pumice stone. The pumice won't harm the porcelain. Stone is also available at your grocery store and comes mounted on convenient handle.
Use a pumice stone or CLR (calcium, lime, and rust)
Turn off the water, flush and drain as much water out as you can. Saturate paper towels with white vinegar and stick them to the inside of the bowl. Wait a few hours, take the paper towels off and toss them (never flush paper towels), scrub with a regular toilet brush, you shouldn't need a pumice stone. Turn the water back on and flush off the residue.
