You can take a grapefruit, cut in half, sprinkle coarse salt on it, and use as a scrubber. Another option is not DIY but is great for no scrub. It will take a while to get it clean but "Wet & Forget Shower" spray is awesome. Your best option may be to get it clean and use the spray to prevent it in the future. Wiping down with a squeegee after showering is another way to help prevent build up.
Use comet on a scrubby sponge that will clean it then rinse with hot water
CLR or (if nothing else works) You can use The Works Toilet Bowl cleaner and a razer blade.
Hose it down with hot water to soften the scum. The use a soft bristle brush to scrub while keeping it wet with hot water.
I like a spray cleaner called Kaboom. That or Scrubbing Bubbles with a little time to work and a magic eraser will take it all off. Kaboom changes color when it's ready and scrubbing Bubbles needs about 10 minutes. A low tech method I have used is shampoo on a washcloth. The cheaper shampoo works really well. I do this when I'm in the shower and notice any. Rinses right off.

I mix vinegar and baking soda and scrub!
I pour Dollar Tree Awesome Orange in the half gallon over anything with soap scum, rinse with hot water, and brush with a soft brush, then rinse again. Repeat till its gone.
If it's glass you can use a razor blade paint scraper.
CLR works great for removing hard water marks
Clorox cleanup and comet work great use comet then rinse then Clorox clean up
You could try a 50/50 mix of vinegar and dish soap, spray and let it sit for a bit then scrub.
This is what I have been using for years to keep my entire bathroom clean. You cannot use this on granite or marble because it will etch the stone from the vinegar. But is works great on porcelain and ceramic. Heat up 1 cup of white vinegar, mix in about 1/4 cup of Dawn Premium. Not the dollar store kind, because it is too thin. When mixed, pour into a spray bottle and fill with water. Shake. Spray down the grout and let it sit overnight. In the morning rinse. If you have stubborn stains, spray again. Use this mixture a few times a week. It will keep your grout and tiles clean. Also works wonders in the toilet bowl to keep hard water stains at bay. Oh you only have to heat the vinegar one time when you add the Dawn.
You can combine 1 part white vinegar with 1 part grease-fighting dish soap. use it to spray shower screen, allow the solution to set and drip. Scrub the surface using a cloth.
