Zep makes the best mold cleaner i have used. It is very inexpensive and can be found at home depot. After you clean it,they make products you can seal it with. Also when cleaning it use a grout cleaning brush.
Then take steps to prevent it from coming back. Use the exhaust fan or
Keep a window open. If you don't have either open the bathroom door after you shower , to let the room dry out. Also keep a squeegee in or near the shower , use it on the walls / doors to get rid of excess water.
They also make shower spray that you are supposed to spray in the shower, after each use, to keep it clean and mold free.
Thank you. We do use fan and open the door and a squeegee. I think it happens because of dark and no window. Appreciate the help!
Plain old white vinegar.

Sometimes mold gets under the grout around my shower also....cloryx helps but I find the only way to really remedy this is to take out the thin line of grout and regrout it. A pain but noticed my shower needs it again.
Ok this is the easiest way. Go and get that cotton tube like stuff that hairdressers use. It looks like thick yarn. (Can't remember what it's called) put some bleach in a bowl with warm water. Soak the cotton and lay it on the grout. Press it down with your fingers. Leave it on overnight and you will be amazed at what this will do!
Try steam cleaning as it kills the mold. Replacing the caulk or grout is next if needed. Placing a small heater in the room on a timer will keep the area dry and mold requires moisture to live. Good Luck.
I had the same situation in our shower. We decided to rip out the tile and start over. When we did it was obvious-we had water in the wall itself so no matter how many times I would try to clean the grout it would just come back again and again😑
Have you tried using toilet bowl cleaner? I use the one in the black bottle. It's comes out thick so I let it set for a while, maybe 30 minutes, then scrub with a brush, rinse, let dry and reseal my grout. My house was built in 1952 and has vintage tile...okay, old and outdated! But it still looks like it is all brand new!
