Hi Shona, looking at the photo it seems the tiles weren't sealed properly. That white haze could be efflorescence and it's caused by the movement of water from inside the tile itself As the water passes through the tile it dissolves the salt content inside and leave a deposit on the surface of the tile. The one way to solve it is to leave the tiles to dry fully, before sealing. Wipe off any salt deposits with a dry cloth or steel wool. Trying to remove the efflorescence with a wet cloth may just aggravate and prolong the problem.
Spray it with vinegar. Let it sit for 30 minutes and scrub with a brush. Rinse and repeat as necessary.
I have been using a mold cleaner from amazon it works great https://amzn.to/3cLplcX make sure you towel dry shower

after cleaning let it dry and apply a sealer you can find the correct sealer for your stone at any hardware type store or online
That looks like hard water stains. You can use a mixture of white vinegar a few drops of Dawn Platinum and water in a spray bottle. Leave it wet for at least an hour. then rinse and see where you are at. Or you could buy toilet gel and spread it all over the tiles. If you have an electric drill you can use a scrubbing pad, which you can buy in Lowes or Home Depot and scrub the tiles really well. When clean put a sealer such as Dupont on the tiles.
If your stone has a high iron ore content, it could be rust, that would most likely shown up when it was installed. if you are seeing rust now, it might be from a high mineral content in your water.
I would suggest scrubbing off what is on the tiles with a gentle detergent in warm water and a soft rag-microfiber would work. To clean off the soap scum, an eraser sponge will do that, wet it first, to maintain, use a squeegee routinely after each shower.
If you have used chemicals on your shower, they may have damaged the stone or the sealer, it's hard to determine what is going on from your pictures.
For the grout, use a steam cleaner with a narrow nozzle.

I use young living’s thieves cleaner to clean my shower
Use a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water. Scrub with a bush. You can change the mixture to more vinegar or straight vinegar for problem areas. Vinegar kills mold spores. You can also use Ajax or Zud scrubbing powder with some Dawn dish liquid. Use a broom to scrub everything down.

How long ago was the shower installed? Have you contacted the persons who put it in? Do you have a warranty on the work done?
Provided you're only dealing with surface rust or a rust stain, you can simply spray some WD-40 directly onto the stain, leave for around ten minutes and wipe away with a cloth or old toothbrush. You may need to use something like an abrasive sponge if the rust is a little more stubborn. But the shower needs to be sealed after the rust is removed.
This mold remover works really well, take a minute to read through some of the customer reviews.

I use water and vinegar and scrub. I also use a steamer every now and then. It loosens things up.
The Dollar stores carry a spray for mold and mildew removal. Spray let sit scrub with a tooth brush or pot scrubber. Keep after it. WEAR A MASK WHEN CLEANING WITH HARSH cleaners.
This should help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IaEmFktVgYs
I'd do sections at a time/over several days, so it isn't overwhelming!
Fill a spray bottle one fifth of the way with household bleach, and add warm water until the bottle is full. Spray the bleach solution on the slate and the grout making sure to get any areas of heavy mildew. Allow the solution to sit on the slate for 2 minutes. Scrub the slate with a sponge dipped in warm water.
If it is rust, use a product like Iron Out to clean it up: https://amzn.to/3FUwF2h
Then it looks like you need a good water sealer on the tile to prevent this from happening again.
Home Depot sells CLR in a jug get that and scrub down the tile let it sit on the tile
Vinegar is going to be the only thing that will kill mold spores. After you kill all the source, you can clean with a descaler. For maintenance, I would spray weekly with wet & forget shower.

here is good article but you need to work on ventilation there https://www.bobvila.com/articles/black-mold-in-bathroom/
Looks to me like the white is merely soap scum which you can clean with a mix of vinegar and dish soap but don't let the vinegar sit long as it dissolves grout. You might do a test in a small area first to make sure this type of tile/stone can handle it. Take a photo of this tile/stone to a tile shop and ask for more information about what it is, how best to clean it, if you should seal it, and how to minimize the rust issues you might be having.
I would suggest to make use of vinegar for this one. Or you can also try using young living’s thieves cleaner.
