It depends on where you are cleaning them. Here's a link for removing them from upholstery:

For hardwood floors, I've heard hydrogen peroxide works.
Where are the urine stains...floor, mattress, carpet, furniture? Pet or human?
Here's a general recipe:
1.Hydrogen peroxide (3 ounces)
2.A drop of dish detergent
3.Baking soda (three tablespoons)
Once you have mixed them all, you simply need to pour the whole solution into a spray bottle. The foam of this mixture will make stinky urine stains go away in a millisecond.

It will depend on where they are located. If a mattress, see the attachment. If it's on a hard surface, use a scouring stick.
Hello. Where are your urine stains more information might be useful to give you the most positive response for your question.
Are they in carpeting, bedding, in a mattress or in clothing?
I do like the Oxi bleach products for removing most urine stains.
If it’s in carpeting or hardwood floor another solution may be needed.

Different methods would be used on different areas. For clothing spot cleaning and then laundering as usual will work well. For carpeting you'll need to be especially careful so as not to change the color/dye of the carpet.....just use a small amount carpet cleaning in a steam cleaner and then clean again using white vinegar along with the hot water. Same for upholstered fabric.
Hi Gloria, it's going to depend on what the stains are on and who or what caused the stain. This handy guide has a whole bunch of tips for different fabrics that should help you clean the stains up - https://spotremoval.coit.com/removing-urine-stains
I have used Nature's Miracle. It works on the stains and the odors. It's an enzyme cleaner.
Yes if its cat urine you will need a pet enzyme cleaner like Nature's Miracle, or I prefer the tablets you mix with water so its fresh like Fizzon or Jackson Galaxy Pet Stain and Odor Remover from Amazon. If your cat is spraying on the walls, furniture get a black light flashlight, cause it floreses making it easier to find all the spots to ensure you get rid of the odor.
