Pledge furniture polish. Works on mine better than the cleaners sold to do the job.

You may need to have the surface repolished by a professional. Marble will etch from coming on contact with acidic substances. The etching leaves a dull spot. Contact a local granite company and ask them to look at it and give you an estimate. The company I work for has a minimum charge of $125 per hr. The amount of time it will take will depend on how big the top is and how damaged it is. They will need to repolish the entire top not just the damaged areas.

Before you dish out a lot of money, I would try the remedy they use to clean/polish headlights. Look it up online. It couldn’t hurt before you pay $125 an hour. Just an idea.
