lightly sand using a fine piece of sand paper. I did this to get the coffee stain in my Swanstone sink
Bar Keeper's Friend is a good cleaner for lots of materials, and it comes in liquid or powder. I would check to be sure it's safe on Swanstone, because I'm not sure what that is.

If you use a mix of baking soda, warm water and dish liquid it should come clean. Use a glass stove top scrubber that does not scratch
