Under the sink? It sounds like you have a moisture issue that needs to be addressed. Improve air circulation, and fix any leaks. I prefer white vinegar for the cleaning.

On sink use soft scrub, under sink repair leak causing moisture. Wash down with vinegar, spray with Lysol mold mildew killer.
