You may need to get a grout saw and remove the old and replace with new. Once mold gets going you can do temporary fixes with bleach ir mold cleaner but it will come back. You may also have mold behind the tiles if it has been going on for some time. If you have caulk around the bath you need to update that as well. Best thing is to find out how deep the mold goes. In the future, use proper ventilation while bathing so the bath does not retain moisture.

Apply bleach and scrub. There is a "little tool" you can purchase at Lowe's, etc., that you can scrape out the "left over" mold. I have used it on my tub tile. I also, have used it on the floor tile, if there is an area that just does not want to come clean with mopping.
