How do you remove dried Tile, Stone, Grout Sealer (brand Miracle) that got on the glass shower door and then how do you remove from the polished nickel fixtures?
If it’s smooth glass I would think you could just use a razor blade to gently shave the rubber residue off. There are products like goof off out there that would probably work too.

What caused the streaks? We'll presume it was from a squeegee.
You can try wetting a microfiber cloth, then apply small amount of 20 Mule Team Borax to a soft cloth and very gently scrub the streaked areas.
You can also try this using Bon Ami powder, available in grocery stores, hardware stores, Walmart, etc.
Once glass is cleaned and dry, apply two coats of Rain -X (available in automotive department), letting first coat dry prior to second application. Spritz water onto second, dry coat of Rain -X, and dry with a soft microfiber towel, turning frequently.
