The stain around the drain won’t come off w/scrubbing pads or pumice stone. It’s a tough stain. Seems to be embedded.
Bleach
Bars Keeper cleanser which is found By the other cleansers. I’ve used it for rust and it works great on your cookware. It will have your pots and pans looking new. I also use it for my glass top stove the uses are endless. It comes in powder, liquid or spray personally I like the liquid the best.

Definately the Bars Keeper. Just a thought, take a moment to figure out what you're leaving in your sink that's causing the rust. Sometimes the cutlery in the sink may be giving you the grief.
