Hi Jaye, I use the works toilet bowl cleaner, Do not get the one that says basic because it it a weak version. Squirt it in and let it set for about a half hour then use your toilet brush. I rent and some of the toilets had some bad stains and this works to get them out. If it is really bad you may have to do it more than once.
