Try a product called 'Scouring Stick'. It's pumice and is available at Walmart.

Removing Nasty Toilet Stains
Lysol Lime & Rust Remover Toilet Bowl cleaner, comes in a black squirt bottle. Scrub with Scrub Daddy or Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. If stubborn, use a scouring stick to scrub.

I agree with Kathy about Lysol's Lime and Rust Remover. I have really hard water and this works well for me.
Empty out the water and pour in coke. Let sit and then scrub. I use coke for removing rust from metal, too.

WD40 works great, just spray onto the sides and leave it to work. Should wipe off.
This takes a little elbow grease, but THESE work well for me!
Hello Sharon,
Try using WD-40 and the toilet brush - no water...........Good luck!
