Try a Magic Eraser on the textured areas and Comet Bathroom Cleaner all over. Repeated applications of the Comet will take the soap scum off without a lot of elbow grease.

Have you tried CLR it worked awesome on mine just had to let it sit for a few.
Spray floor with no fumes oven cleaner and let it set 30 mins or so and then scrub with nylon scruber and rinse. Comes out so clean and no damage. I do it on the walls, now, I always towel walls off after taking a shower. I have very hard water.
