I would shake it up well and give it a try. I think it would be fine.

Hi Michelle, chances are it has thickened, you can use boiling water to thin it, add it a bit at a time and shake it up in between adding

    Hi Michelle,

Hmmm, give the company a call and see what they say. I have never heard of fabric softener being intentionally frozen. There should be contact info on the container. Please describe to them what you have-consistancy and appearance and let them advise you.

mix it/shake it really well after thawing mix in some water to thin it out if needed, the water will also help pull product back together if separated. when I worked at P&G in the labs we put many products thru numerous tests to see how viscosity(thickness/texture) of products held up to high heat/ freezing temps along with constant vibrations as if it were in truck or train during transportation, also how long it could sit on shelf before breaking down. P&G did not put them on market/sell them if they don't pass testing, looks of product plays huge part of selling factor along with how well it worked.
