Steam clean it. Do you have a floor steam cleaner with attachments? They have the cleaning solutions for odors in them too.
Sprinkle baking soda all over them and leave on over night. Insert odor eaters in a container the ones specified to purify smoke odor.
Odoban works
Febreeze spray
I have sliced an apple and left it in the car overnight. Seemed to help a lot!
You can use water and vinegar spray. It will leave odor for a while but then dissapates. ....half and half. Do not use apple cider vinegar.
Put a bunch of dried eucalyptus from the craft store under the seats. It will absorb the smell and then when you are satisfied, throw them away
Any car dealership can fix this for you. They often use large ionizers to neutralize the smoke odor. I'm not sure anything DIY will work.
All the above is utter nonsense. They sell a fumigator bomb in auto supplies that you set off closed car while ac is running. It cleans out the filter systems and the entire car; ceiling, seats, floors, all vents and air system. (and it is like under $10) Only way to go! I lost a sale on my car because they detected smoke odor. Used this, Sold it for 2K more that week.
