How do I clean cat urine off a footwear?
I have about 20 pairs of designer boots. Ranging from mules, booties, riding boots, knee high, to thigh highs. About 16 pairs are brand new but smell like cat urine. How can I clean them? They're also made from soft suede to hard Harley type leathers.

Did the boots smell this way when you brought them home and took them out of the box, or have they started smelling bad just recently?

Curious where did the cat urine smell come from?
Can you see the urine stain or just smell it? If its just the smell, try unscented Febreeze and time out in the sun. UV rays can get rid of odors like that!
If you purchased them and they smell this way I would return them. A simple solution to getting rid of that smell left behind by cat pee in your shoes is simply to pour some baking soda directly inside of it. Let it sit there for a few hours and allow it to soak up the smell. After some time has passed, shake the baking soda out of your shoes.
Hi Mandy! This may help you https://www.cuteness.com/article/home-removing-cat-urine-shoes
Is it the leather or suede itself? Otherwise I wouldn’t put anything on them for fear of damaging them; I’d take them to a professional cleaner.
Actual cat urine or stinky ammonia smell but no cat involved? Are they kept in an area with good air circulation or a dark stuffy closet? Air them out and see if that helps. My feet sweat a lot, so I keep these in my shoes when I 'm not wearing them:

You need a good enzymatic cleaner. Go to a pet store to pick one out would be your best bet.
I found this, it says how to remove it from a leather boot: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOCvdu1-dIY

Use an enzyme eater you can buy in pet stores. Very hard to remove the smell. Move the shoes! Do you have an unfixed cat? Females can 'spray' just as males do if they come into heat. Get your cat fixed if not. Put the shoes in bag with pan of baking soda (dry) and seal for a few days. Helps to absorb odor.
Or try this mixture
I would spray them with lysol and then an essential oils spray. Is the smell actually cat urine or something else?
We have had good luck using Nature's Miracle but not on suede. That should work for leather but try this first in an area that doesn't show up to make sure it doesn't discolor the leather.
Just read where suede can be permanently stained by using this.
