Make a mixture of white vinegar and water 50/50 spray on and leave for awhile to kill the mildew, scrub with a brush ,rinse ,dry and store
I would try oxi-clean or simple green. Whatever you use, make sure they can dry thoroughly (preferably in sun)before storing .
I would scrub them with a good fabric cleaner and put them in the sun to dry.
Do you live near a "Dollar Tree"

Scrub them with a bleach solution and let dry thoroughly prior to storage.
To clean fabric cushions, dilute a 1⁄2 cup of bleach into 1 gallon of water. Use a spray bottle to apply the mixture, then clean the mildew off of the cushion with a scrub brush.
are they washable, if so i would use bleach and water. you might be able to get a protectorant to spray on them once you clean them.
soap, water and bleach with a scrub brush. Rinse well.
