Lol you may want to edit your question 😁
Sure shot is a good stain remover for upholstery. I would start with magic eraser then add remover if needed. I am a big fan of stain repellent spray on fabrics. Camp dry by kiwi is my go to. I spray shoes, car seats, even clothes. It will save a lot of work down the road.
I also throw down a sheet or cheap shower curtain for protection with the kids. It’s a lifesaver.

It depends on the fabric - what kind is yours? As far as stains - when my kids were little we had a rule of no food on the furniture - they had to eat at the table - that solved most of the problems. :)
Vacuum your couch so you're not rubbing in dirt or debris while cleaning. In the bucket, mix about 2 cups of distilled water with 1 tablespoon of dishwashing liquid and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Dampen a microfiber cloth with your cleaning solution. Gently blot any stained areas with the cloth.
Wow you must have a lot of fun and a lot of work! Try to prevent future stains by covering the fabric up for a couple of years. An old bedspread or something that can be safely and semi-permanently used.
Here are some great tips.

I second FrugalFamilyTimes about no food or drink on furniture. If that is not entirely possible, purchase some inexpensive throws to toss over the couch that can easily be laundered when necessary. One on the couch and one as back up when the other is in the wash. I do that for my pets so there isn't fur all over my upholstered furniture. Remove when guests are expected. Easy!
There is something in stores called TUFF STUFF. It is a spray foam. I have used it on carpet, car interiors and furniture. I like it.
