How do I remove a little stain from a dress pair of pants?

Not really sure what cause the stain. However, it looks like grease or ink.

If you have light color grout you could mix hot water and alittle bleach to spray on the grout lines, sit a minute and use a toothbrush. However, not everyone is into bleach.

If it hasn't been washed, spray and wash works well for oil spots.
A few drops of Dawn dish detergent scrubbed into the spot might work. After you launder the pants, don't put them in the dryer! That will set the spot. Hang to dry, and check the spot again. If the spot is still there, try a different treatment, and hang to dry again. Sometimes it takes a few different treatments to find the right one.
Hello I completely agree with the above poster— when makeup rubbed off on a blue silk shirt- dawn dish detergent on a moist white washcloth effectively removed the stain. Just like on those penguins this product effectively removes grease and stains easily? Hope this helps.
