I wrote a post about this and you can find it here - https://chascrazycreations.com/15-ways-to-use-rubbing-alcohol/
Rubbing alcohol will work well. Lay your tee shirt on an old cloth in such a way that just the inked area prominent, then pour a small amount of alcohol onto the ink stain. Blot, do this several times and the ink should disappear, then use a small amount of soap to get entirely rid of the alcohol and then launder as usual. In a pinch you can also use nail polish remover. Also, the old aerosol hair spray works, but many of us don't have that around any longer.
hair spray will remove ink if it hasn't been washed & dried yet. Same principal as rubbing alcohol as Janice mentioned. I think it's the high alcohol content in hair spray but it doesn't have to be aerosol it can be pump spray.
