If you didn't get it off right away, then it will probably last forever. Those clothes are now "work" clothes.
What Ken said, I can't tell you how many shirts and pants I have that have turned into "work clothes" if you find a solution, let us know!!
If it is latex, try soaking in cold water. If enamel, try a solvent. Dab the area, do not rub.
Rubbing alcohol works. Test it first to make sure that you don't ruin it more. Apply rubbing alcohol, let it sit and blot with a clean, dry rag. It might take a few passes.
D&L Hand Cleaner works for me.
