How do I remove smoke from upholstered furniture?
I purchased an upholstered storage ottoman from an ad on a Marketplace app. When I went to see it, I loved it, but the owner was a smoker in a small home. My husband is highly allergic to cigarette smoke and I need help getting the smell out of the upholstery. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You can try to have it cleaned, but most likely will have to reupholster.
Beckart’s Aquatabs do it.

I got two free upholster parson's chairs for a girlfriend that smelled very strong of cigarette smoke. I shampooed them using my carpet cleaner and then sprayed them with Febreeze Heavy Duty fabric spray. It did take a week or more of repeated spraying outside in the garage to get all the odor out.
Try using a shampooer and in the solution mix it with the Downey Unstoppables shake really well and pour mixhure in machine or spray bottle
Thanks! I will try this.
