    oxiclean works for me better than anything. Bleach yellows.

    There is an old fashioned remedy called “ blueing”. It does work...follow directions. For 30 yrs my work uniform was white.

    I like Oxi Clean added to my regular soap. Keeps whites very bright white.

    I use 1/3 bottle of hydrogen peroxide to a full load of whites in my washing machine plus detergent. Bleach tends to make clothes dingy and breaks down the fibers over time. Most oxygen detergents are peroxide based.

    Oxy Clean is a great product, either as a pre-soak or right in your washer. An elderly relative swears by "Biz," but I've never tried it.

    I started using 1/2 cup 20 Muleteam Borax with my regular detergent (I now use half the amount of detergent I used before) and my whites have never looked cleaner.
